It depends on what phone you are using, but typically you simply open the options of the SIM card or similar device and can receive messages from phone to SIM card or vice versa too.
Create a new folder in the folder of messages in the Messages menu.
Move the text in the first case.
Now open Mesaages parameters. Select Phone Memory / SIM card 'in there.
If you select the SIM card or phone memory (what you want to select), copy the message on it from there.
It's easy!
(I only know this in Nokia phone with OS 9.1 +)
